The foundation of an exceptional orthodontic practice starts with the people in the office. My team members are a joy to work with, day in and day out. They are highly trained, compassionate, and genuinely care about each patient as a person.

The team shares my vision for the office: to treat each patient with the same professionalism and empathy we would show our own family members.

I love the one on one connection I get to create with each and every patient and their family. The confidence and happiness it brings the patients is truly the best feeling! Dr. Dunn and my team are truly a blessing; assuring our workplace is always positive, everyone is taken care of to the best of our abilities and most of all being one big work family!

Outside of work you can find me spending time with my husband Kyle and son Sterling. We enjoy boating, being outdoors, traveling and being with friends and family.

I feel so blessed to see people's lives change through their smile transformations. I love sharing with others the wonderful things that make our practice so great! Dr. Dunn has built an amazing team that has become a family, with our patients as the top priority.

Outside of the office, I enjoy laughing with and spending time with my husband Chris, and our three children, our many animals, and friends. One of my favorite pastimes is serving the community with friends my church.

I like working in our lab, crafting the individual appliances that Dr. Dunn designs for each patient. It’s rewarding to play a role in ensuring people achieve and keep a great smile! Dr. Dunn is a great leader and our entire team is like a family. We care about and support each other so we can deliver the best experience and smiles for our patient families.

When not working, much of my time is spent with my husband Steven and our two young daughters, Charlie and Frankie. I love family get-togethers, being with friends, reading, and watching Jeopardy.

As the treatment coordinator, I get to help new patients start their smile journey. I absolutely love working at Dunn Orthodontics. It is like working with your family every day!

I am married to my best friend, Justin. We have an adorable daughter who is our everything. Time with the two of them is my priority when I’m not at work, though I also enjoy concerts and cooking.

At Dunn Orthodontics, we have a great work ethic and truly care about the happiness and wellbeing of the people we serve.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can enjoying the outdoors and adventuring with my family, friends, and dogs.

I love seeing the transformation of our patients and enjoy getting to meet/see patients as they come through our doors here at Dunn Orthodontics. It's an amazing experience to work with different patients, getting to know them as they go through treatment. Dr. Dunn is caring and wonderful with his staff and patients. Everyone at Dunn Orthodontics has made me feel like family, showing support for each other, and our patients.

Outside of the office, you can find me at Louisville City soccer games with my husband, Jestin. I also love spending time going on hikes and being outdoors!

I enjoy meeting new people and building professional relationships with them. It’s amazing to see each patient’s transformation as they grow confident in their new smile! Dr. Dunn is an excellent orthodontist and his kind, genuine personality gives our team guidance. My coworkers are kind and giving, too, and are devoted to providing the best experience, from the first call to finished smile!

My high school sweetheart Brad and I were married in 2001. We have two talented, beautiful, and kind daughters, Kendyl and Claire, and miniature Golden Retriever. We love time together as a family and watching the girls play soccer and basketball. We also love cheering on the IU Hoosiers and the Indianapolis Colts!

My job a the front desk is fun because I get to meet every single person who comes through our door! I'm grateful to work with a team of people who are all committed to making our patients' experience great.

When I'm not at work, I love spending time with my dog, Artem, and my friends and family. I also enjoy singing and volunteering with the middle and high school students at my church!

Managing the marketing and advertising for our practice is so easy, because we have the best doctor and staff! Our office has such a great atmosphere and we treat our patients—and each other—like family. Dr. Dunn is so kind and makes every patient feel important.

Outside of work, I love to read, spend time with family, and serve the church my husband pastors.

I love watching the transformation of our patients’ smiles and seeing how excited each one is when they see the final result. They love their new smile and can’t wait to show it off and I’m really excited to be a part of that. Dr. Dunn is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working for. He is kind and caring, appreciative and supportive of his staff, and always does what’s right for his patients.

The staff here at Dunn Orthodontics is like none other. I can genuinely say I’ve never worked with a group of ladies so supportive of each other and willing to put 110% into making sure our patients' experience here is the best possible.

When I’m not working, much of my free time is spent supporting my two sons’ at cross country, track, and basketball events

I enjoy seeing our patients on a regular basis and building relationships with them. I especially love seeing the difference in a patient’s growth and confidence when having braces! Dr. Dunn is so caring with his staff and his patients. He always thinks about a patient’s needs and how he can best serve them. He and the team have a great camaraderie. We are professional yet we are also friendly and supportive.

My family is the joy of my life: my husband and I have six children, so most of my time off is spent with them. I enjoy craft projects, reading to my kids, baking yummy food (but not cleaning up the mess!), playing board and card games with friends and family, and watching movies with my husband.

I love interacting with our patients and enjoy getting to know them during treatment. It’s fun to watch people change as they see their appearance change, and to share this time with them! Dr. Dunn and my teammates are like my second family. We are all close, caring about each other and working hard to make sure our patients and their families know we care about them, too.

My husband and I have been married for almost 30 years. We have three beautiful children and six precious grandbabies.
